Fluensii was founded by Dr. Koroush Khandehroo, an experienced educator and language assessment specialist with over 30 years of experience in English teaching, testing, and curriculum development.
Dr. Khandehroo has worked with learners from diverse backgrounds and has contributed to language assessment practices aligned with the Canadian Language Benchmarks. His experience includes serving as a certified speaking examiner for international English tests and working on assessment standard-setting projects.
His work focuses on making language learning more accurate, fair, and effective – ensuring that learners receive guidance that truly reflects their abilities and goals.
